I am not able to download or update any apps in Wi-Fi. But the same google store works in different Wi-Fi or data. And my friends easily download or update apps in the same Wi-Fi, in which mine is not working. I tried uninstalling, clearing data, cache, restart, air plane mode etc but nothing worked. So please give me soln to this problem
Last week I had a problema with the Fitbit App on my Phone (Lumia 520). The app started not opening on my phone and so I thought that would try removing it and download it again. Well the problem is that I cannot download the App from the Windows Store. It always stays on Pending and never starts the download. Afterwards I received the message that the upgrade was available in the Windows Store (thought that was neat BTW) and clicked in to download. Once I got to the Download (Installing) page of the Windows Store, the update just says "pending" for a long period of time. After an hour it will fail and say "This app wasn't installed - View details." I went to my purchase history and the app I purchased was in a “pending” state. Then I thought “oh it didn’t charge my account” but it actually did. So here’s the summary, I purchased a game and I wanted to refund it. I couldn’t find my receipt but my account was still charged and the game is in a pending state. Please help me I have Win 10 mobile version 10.0.10586.11 running on a Lumia 640. I'm currently unable to download updates for apps or install new apps. All apps just say "pending". I've cleared all the updates from the store app and tried to install a new app fresh but its still stuck pending. I've also noticed an excessive battery drain in the last few days and I'm wondering if this is somehow related.
