I have an alienware M18x R2 laptop with Nvidia Geforce GTX 675M GPU. I have windows 10 installed on the laptop and up until two weeks ago the laptop was working like a charm without any issues. I used DDU software to fully uninstall GPU driver. upon restarting the laptop the issue with reboot loop was resolved and the windows booted

A pop up tells me to force reinstall driver, this did not work and kept doing same thing restart force reinstall, next i tried a clean install still same problem so went to Nvidia drivers and re Same reboot loop issues here - resolved by uninstalling in safe mode. Between this and the Geforce Experience app popping trying to access something on a non-existent D drive every startup I'm really disappointed. Manually downloading 378.92 again and avoiding Geforce Experience until the next version at least. I think because Oculus switched to Vulcan with home 2.0 a lot of people are getting this issue because Nvidia failed to clean up its installs properly, now that Rift is 2.0 this exposed the issue with the Vulcan driver.
